果仁素湯:紅蘿蔔一條 或南瓜半斤 粟米一條 蓮子 百合各一小碟 赤小豆眉豆各一小碟 腰果合桃各一小碟 無花果乾四個 或者是蜜棗四個 大薑片五塊 將所有材料洗乾淨 準備一鍋滾水 加腰果合桃 蓮子百合 .紅蘿蔔粟米 赤小豆無花果乾 薑片 然後用湯殼攪 水滾後上蓋中小火煲兩個鐘可飲用

腰果補肝腎 合桃補腦 無花果提升免疫力 薑片增加香味驅寒
