學障資優生（Twice exceptional），是兼具學習障礙與天才特質的特殊人群，由於其特殊性，直到20世紀70年代才被美國學者注意到其特殊教育的必要性，而當時的美國特殊教育，要麼是天才教育，要麼是學習障礙教育，並沒有對雙重特殊學生的特殊教育。而該類人群直到21世紀才被亞洲社會（如台灣）所認識重視。
概況編輯
學障資優生，英文簡稱為2e，該類人群在1970年代才被世人所重視發掘。但美國政府直至2004年才承認其特殊教育的需要性，但相關研究已經相對頗為豐富。該類人群約佔天才群體的2%-5%，而在障礙比例之中也是類似，而在眾多人群中則佔0.06%-0.1%，即約萬分之六到千分之一的出現率。

該類人群擁有高智商，熱衷於感興趣的學習，有着多元智慧以及高度的創造力，而另一面也有特殊要求如容易分心、過度激動、無法完成課業，進而衍生出種種無法適應班級學校生活的行為。

學障資優生最容易辨別的是在學校，其開頭學習結果（成績）均為比較平均，相對優秀，但是隨着學業壓力的增加，就會感到吃力，成績開始滑坡。
在一般人眼中有着如下特徵：
聰明，但不夠努力。
學習有障礙（問題）但卻又沒有特殊能力（才能）。
比較平均。

our ancestors some of them catch fish, some of them catch chickens
soon they use seashells to trade goods and services
not long after they use silver gold and bronze coins
then some evil ones introduced paper money and stocks exchange for solutions exchange
the problem of money is it can be stored and saved up
comes the problem of awakens eternal greed fear and hatred inside everyone of us
problem and solution is a pair
we feel hungry and we need solution for it
before money introduced, we do a few hours work for a meal
we get enough exercise along the way to keep ourselves healthy with joyful day peaceful sleep
but money in place means we can save and store up and earn a lifetimes solutions in one go but also can lose it in one go
so everyone for safety and peace of mind sake which is basic need, we would do any and every nasty means to keep ourselves in safe and peace
one problem originally is hunger of food and sex
money meant to help us to exchange solutions for hunger
but money triggers the greed and safety mechanisms in our heart and mind making us nasty evil and pain
if there is no money on earth
the greed and safety issues disappears
we do a few hours work for a meal, exercise keep us healthy
world without nasty greed insecure and without pollution
what a clean relax peace and joyful world.

wish there is no money on earth
money means solutions-that can store and save up
solutions means safety and security in our mind
brains tells us the safer the better, therefore money the more the better
so we work our hardest to earn money to protect ourselves and try to gain safe and peace of mind, some use dirty tricks along the way
the earn and learn money system forms greed forms problems for solutions
more solutions forms more problems forms a spiral down model of our polluted and corrupted world today
if no money on earth, no solutions can be stored
we do a day’s work for a day’s meal
we get enough exercise to be healthy
no dirty tricks are needed because we only need to live today and never yesterday and tomorrow...relax enjoy peace of the present.

for IT digital and electronics products, personally see a huge gap in the market
no matter apple computers i pad i phone or android or windows phones i tried they are all extremely silly
don’t know if others aware this but now i throw a few ideas out
we like to create notes and record our creations
creations are in four formats-audio video photo or text
computers and IT is a tool for us to communicate solutions and exchange creations
IT tools must be user friendly
notifications and warnings is a big bug
computers comes up with notifications and warnings again and again especially for apple computers
if we could have a center or a central place function, optional displaying all notifications and warnings and we could work without the disturb of rubbish questions from the computer
the notification center is like an app on the desktop would show the number of notification unseen and all the repeated rubbish notifications are combine into one
over 99.99% of our resources is wasted on junk, ads and things we do not need nor want and we are paying every penny for them
i bought a top model 27 inch mac in 2011 and it is running slower then my window laptop bought in 2004
why? it is because apple is targeting to control its users
over 99.99% of questions notifications from computers are asking you to give up your rights
with no option to block or avoid and it keeps bouncing and jumping if you say no
it would never ask you: we now giving up some of our rights, would you like it?
back to the f-ing old saying, if you like a favor-ask for it but the IT firms are over the top
“i think its time for ones with ability to replace them”
failure like apple still dreaming to control the world
steve jobs lay flat in his coffin because of dreaming to control
bill gates is the richest because he practice sharing though he steals ideas same to mark from fb
personally agrees with google: if your products and services helps, we would stick to you like glue

civilization of human is passing on solutions from our ancestors and adding on solutions we creating along our lifetime for coming generations
solutions were stored on walls of stone caves then craft on bones then animals skins before paper then electronic means
now 2015 electronic media is 20 years old from 1995
with electronics cloud functions, i see a danger of us human losing everything electronically and we become uncivilized
because of convenience we store solutions and creations on electronic devices
it is not new that when we lost the password or the device is stolen or disfunction-we lost our identity, history and memories
“civilization must be stored and backed up on paper”
“key is the paper and the ink, how long they would last”
i am worried that civilization of mankind would end in a big electronic disfunction or disaster when we lost electricity or technical decode
