we should eat fruits as snacks and drink warm water from time to time but drinking too much water will have a heavy duty abundance on our kidneys
drinking too much water would dilute our blood to our heart, when heart get too much water in blood we would shake and repeatedly shaking and moving our hands arms and legs signal us decrease in intake of water
