被害妄想型

被害妄想症是精神病的其中一種病徵，常見於精神分裂症及妄想症的患者，是妄想中最常見的類型。患者會自覺受到迫害，如言語上的針對、嘲弄、跟蹤及監聽等，患者更可發展出很廣泛及系統性的被迫害思想，例如會認為整個暗殺集團部署暗殺行動。故此患者會處處防備，生活極度謹慎，由於擔心被害，患者的社交生活及日常工作都會受到影響。

「妄想」是指病人整天多疑多慮，胡亂推理和判斷，思維發生障礙，是精神疾病的一個重要癥狀。患者可伴有幻覺，但無其他明顯的精神癥狀。病人由於缺乏安全感，導致對外界的極度不信任，而產生的一種幻想。多發於老年人或者某些曾經受過超出自我承受能力範圍的打擊的人。

病人會無中生有地堅信某人（或某群體）對自己、自己的親人、家庭，進行監視、攻擊或迫害。被害妄想是妄想症中最常見的一種。患者往往處於恐懼狀態，感覺被人議論、誣陷，遭人暗算，財產被劫，被人強姦等。被害妄想往往有自殺企圖，如不早診斷早治療易釀成大禍。

發生妄想症的人，往往有着特殊的性格缺陷，如主觀、敏感、多疑、自尊心強、自我中心、好幻想等。這常與病人童年時期受過某些刺激，缺乏關愛，缺乏與人建立良好的人際關係等有關。

患妄想症可能原因

主要障礙為缺乏對其他人的基本信賴，其特點在於使用「否定作用」、「外射作用」來處理其心理困難，而導致系統化之妄想。

性格多敏感、容易猜忌，且比較自私自利並以自我享樂為目的。

通常毛病是無法看輕自我界限，分不清自己與他人的看法，也缺乏認識自己動機與態度的能力。

有不少妄想的病人，內心可能有一些其他人認為是不可告人之秘密，內疚感和恐懼感非常強，很怕人知道。

妄想內容除受個人因素影響，有些病人發病還因為所處於特殊環境或長期緊張狀態，受社會文化因素影響

有一對夫婦一起在打高爾夫球，球場附近都是豪宅。

if we know healing, we know the environment is ill, we would not take and buy ill products and services so only healthy business servives, we would know business, politics and any other exchange in communications is about greed fear and hatred and hardly about peace in which we all pursue

we know heal so we know not to exceed our limits in any circumstances including in competitions

plenty kids trash their own health in learning for knowledge and compete in sports causing permanent damage for their own health and they become abandoned in jail or mental homes and need to revenge the world with insults disrespects and discriminations

the idea of exams test and competitions is naive and represent suspect without any faith respect and appreciation

and the results is every kid is competing for money and profit, fame and proud undermind their own abilities and health resulting in damaging self and other in the process and the result with growing stimulation with greed fear and hatred ending up in insomnia and mental disorders

if we know heal, we would not force oursleves to compete, we would find our own gifts and fly like mj let it be micheal jordan, magic johnson, micheal johnson or micheal jackson.
