Mac and desktop computers is hard to carry for repair, need professional delivery or best repair on site at clients homes

Devices has common problem of easy broken power button, physical button under heavy usage is easily break, my I phone 4 and mac 27 inches shares the dead problem of broken power button after 4 years for my I phone 4 and 6 years for my mac

Devices consist of display, speakers, cables, power units, processor, hard disk memory, ports, DVD drive, control units-keyboard, mouse or mouse pad

Mobile device has no problem of bringing to local store for repair like mobile phone, I pad, I watch and macbook laptop computers

For mac the selling point is all in one but this means if one part of the mac broken, the whole heavy device has to carry into shop for service

Apple can offer professional delivery aid, for example shock proof pads, bags, boxes and trolleys for clients to protect the mac device for the journey to and from apple store for delivery of the mac device before and after the service

What I worry is I do not have the professional protection, tools and man power for delivery the device

It is best if apple can pair up with professional delivery house to offer a charged professional delivery services for all mac users

Although apple care period is 1-3 years for mac but the device is likely to break after that period, a good company is to serve for life not for while

A company can let its clients has no hatred greed nor fear is a good company

I have a apple mac 27inches 2010 version

The power button nearly broke, I need to press 7 times to turn it on

Power button is always a catch for all devices

Apple improved the I phone home button in I phone 7

Hope same be done for all power button on all devices

Heavy usage on a button or some buttons is a dead reason why I consider move away from mac

Also I ask in apple care, they tell me I have to carry the mac 27 inches device to apple store and carry it back, the screen is easily broken and no shock proof or box is fit done on my side

I think apple is able to improve, either repair my device at my home, or charge for professional delivery

Also apple mac can slit for window and mac

The problem is my internal drive is 1T and is split into apple 600G and window 400G

Apple side has 6G left and window has 100G free

I had to bring a new 2T drive to apple store to clone a mac system

Now I heavily use window side and read on the net I can sleep the drives and screens and leave it power on all year round

But I found my external drives cannot asleep and I worry long term power would have a fire risk

A solution can be introduce for ones:
