ability need and value

reality is the balance spot between abilities and needs

happiness is to understand the abilities needs values limitations difficulties and gifts of yourself and others around you

one of my client came to me with shyness and nervous obstacles, when she meet strangers and job interviews she shakes, eyes stares at the ground and stutters herself in words

i shared with her my golden triangle of ability need and value

everyone has abilities which exchange for their needs

both abilities and needs have values

i have five hong kong dollars in my pocket

i need to buy a bottle of water that cost five dollars

it must be water

it must be no more than five dollars

if i know i am water-my ability and gift

and i know my value is five dollars-my value

and i need five dollars-my need

if i know ability need and value of myself and ones around me, i would win every game i play.

enjoy process of uncertainty

if you enjoy uncertainty, you would have an exciting life

if you hate uncertainty, you would have a tough life

no one and nothing is sure in life, guessing, predicting, planning are what the west educates us but they have proved themselves a big failure and creating crisis for the world

if you need to fix everything and everyone means you lack of flexibility and adaptation, you would create lots of tension and pressure with and on everyone and everything around you

people would just run away from you if they feel your pressure and control invading them

everyone has limitations and difficulties and enjoys being understood by others and understand others in return

couples understands and fulfills each others needs by communicating well with each other also fulfill each others must factors and miss out on each others must not factors

charisma is enjoying the uncertain process of understanding others limitations and difficulties and being understood by others in return and fulfilling each others needs through actions and communication.
