my mac 27' is purchased in 2011 in hong kong

in 2012 i was contacted by apple that the hard drive needs changing, i paid apple 500 dollars to change the drive but wasnt given the option to keep my old drive which plenty memories was lost

the card reader broke short after that

the mouse battery door keeps falling out

the power button is dying in 2015

hard drive is dying in 2017

my keyboard failed to connect to i phone and i pad stopping me from creating on all apple devices

the speakers and display supplies a nice service of light and sound which i appreciate

my experience with apple is full of pain and fear

i was carrot and stick for handing over my cash for thirst and hunger of poverty

memories and experience data are locked in mac, they keep duplicating in factors and data keeps repeating

but the key data can never be found nor sorted nor backed up

key data are lost in the pile like a dark hole

the problem is duplication and backup

apple has no timeline calendar map identity location for creations everything is messy

creators are messy, we need a system help creators to sort things out simple easy casual because creators are your only clients

i am given plenty option which does not help

the option i need can never be found

i find deep pain and despair with apple


with disabilities and back injury, i failed to deliver my mac to apple shop for repairing nor servicing and was told by apple care that no one would service my mac on site nor provide delivery between home and apple shop

my mac is sitting on my desk in my room waiting for on site service or professional delivery for fully service

also my i phone 6 has 5G space left and may go dead when memory over

i cant even backup my i phone on my mac because mac is giving a strange clicking sound and supplies fear of explode

all my contacts and creations are locked up which i can only do with paper and pen

i paid over 50 000 for my apple devices and they bring me nothing but pain and fear greed and hatred far from tools and machines for healing and peace.

with two i pods, two i phones, two i pads and a mac and i had enough of apple
