creating articles tips:
articles are best created first thing in the morning
if you are too lazy to turn on the computer in the morning, you can go to settings in your computer and set the display off when idle in one minute and hard drive never turn off when idle
at night at home turn on your computer and listen to ocean sounds or yoga music by llewellyn, reiki music is good, best set the playlist around one hour five minutes and twenty seconds
yoga music can be listened in apple music and i tunes store
after the music played one hour and five minutes then it turns quiet, when its playing the music, the display should be off so you can sleep
in the morning, just a press the mouse and the display wakes and there you go
creating english articles is best using a mac with keyboard, and creating chinese articles is best using i phone
sharings is best using blogger.com facebook.com and wechat app
most important is write as it flows from heart, let your minds takes you, i never plan for an article, sometimes during the day i thought about a topic and forget it but never write them down, because taking notes is addictive and you will get ill and buried in notes
key is not taking notes, limit yourself one article per day, no more no less and keep it up, even if you write rubbish and i guranttee you first thing in the morning an article per day would not be any bad quality
remember, never check, create and publish, never mind the vocabulary and spelling, we love the flow from heart and people understands it but if you check and change bit from here and there, flow breaks and people finds it hard to read and understand so they would give it a miss
so no coffee, diluted tea can replace coffee or just drink warm water after 4pm helps you get good sleep at night, get into bed before 10pm, wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning and create
