health is the top factor for everyone and anyone especially kids of Hong Kong
for parents, we must care for kids health before any and every other factor
without health anything and everything is meaningless
many rich people when they were young, they save dinner money for study or for business so they have stomach problem, now when they get rich, acid always over flow from stomach and they have to stick with medications and cannot enjoy good food
many parents force kids to perform well in academic and nonacademic fields but neglect their health which makes kids collapse when they grow up
health is the basic, we must strengthen the basic before building on top, otherwise the higher you build the more tragedy it become later in life
