煩惱痛苦源因本無得揀但以為有得揀，而執着鞭打人己產生怨恨怪責罪咎和補償的惡性循環心態

＂每眾生萬物好比：始自無始以來因果洪流中的一滴水，只可隨波逐流而無法控制自己的形態與去向＂

＂因緣和合好比六合彩攪珠，每眾生萬物好比在攪珠機裏正被攪動的每顆珠＂

每眾生意識認知決定行為，而意識與認知則由每靈以往多生多世的經歷經驗所決定，而經歷和經驗則由因緣和合，隨波逐流而成，半點不由人

當我們悟了， ' 一切可能 ' 只有一個，路只有一條，方向只得一個，無得揀，不會揀錯不必怪人己，不會揀對不必貪嗔癡，皆無得揀，何必煩惱，不必痛苦，明白之後，皆安自在

當我們悟了'皆無得揀'，我們便解脫，不必再罪咎執着怪責和鞭打己與人，因為人己'皆無得揀'。

港人大都有道德，禮義廉恥，但一些害群之眾，為了一己私利，明知固犯，危害及利用無知大眾，這就是政治

每一國家，每一國民，皆求平安，三餐溫飽，就已足夠
