exercise tips:
never exercise before meals, because body would increase fat intake just after exercise
rest for 20 mins before each meal
never wait till too hungry before meal, if you are too hungry you will eat excess and too full for digest and exercise afterwards
exercise 15-20 mins after each meal by light walk
more than 30 mins exercise after meal would make you hungry very quickly and need to eat again and too tired to move after
the body would adjust, if you exercise the body would increase intake but if you do not exercise, body would reduce intake
so if you do vigorous exercise every now and then, you are tricking and playing hide and seek with the body balance system and would gain weight at the end
no matter exercise or not, we must be stable, 15-20 minutes light walk after each meal is best for keeping you healthy.
