日本庆应大学医院放射科医生，行医超过40年，敢于发表许多与大众切身相关却无人敢说的医疗意见，被日本民众亲切地称为“医界良心”。

出生于医生世家，毕业于庆应大学医学部，后前往美国留学，并取得博士学位。回国后担任庆应大学医学部放射线科讲师，专攻癌症的放射线治疗，也是闻名全国的乳房保留疗法的先驱。

其功绩受到了全社会的高度评价，于2012年荣获“第60届菊池宽奖”（得奖者皆为对日本文化有莫大贡献的各界人士）。著有《癌症别急着开刀》《患者啊，不要与癌症斗争》《癌症的放任自流疗法》等多部敲响医疗警钟的畅销著作。

1.可怕的不是癌症，而是“癌症的治疗”。为什么一些原本很精神的人，得了癌症之后却撑不了多久呢？这都是因为他们接受了“癌症的治疗”。只要“不治疗”癌症，患者就会保持头脑清晰的状态，直到生命的最后一刻。只要处理方法得当，身体也能活动自如。有许多癌症是不会痛的。真的痛了，疼痛也是可以控制的。

如果你没有出现痛、难受、吃不下饭等症状，却在公司组织的体检中查出了癌症，那么这个“癌”就一定是“假性癌”。光靠乳房X光片就能查出的乳腺癌也有99%是假性癌，但大多数患者仍会进行乳房切除手术，请大家多加小心。

2.真性癌发现得再早也没用。在第一个癌症干细胞诞生的那一刻，癌症夺走宿主生命的时间就已确定下来，只不过因为发现得早，表面上的“生存时间” 相应变长罢了。所以在很多情况下，我们必须看“10年生存率”，才能判断一个患者到底有没有被“治好”。

3.手术是人工造成的重伤。做完手术后，体力会下降，身体会很容易受感染，还有可能留下终生无法治好的后遗症，死在手术台上也是常有的事。要是医生建议你做手术，那你最好仔细想一想，做完手术后会怎么样，想得越具体越好。而且手术很有可能激发癌症。医学界有一种形象的说法：“一动手术，癌细胞就会大爆发，就会暴跳如雷。”因为手术会留下伤口，而伤口破坏了正常细胞的壁垒，血液中的癌细胞会乘虚而入，加速繁殖，最终大爆发。

4.化疗剧毒。能用化疗治好的成人癌只有急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、睾丸癌、子宫绒毛癌这4种，而这几种癌只占所有癌症的左右。化疗能否延长患者的生命还有待证明，而且药物的毒性很强，会带来严重的副作用。年龄越大，抽烟的时间越长，化疗的毒性就会体现得越明显。

5.90%的癌症，无论治不治，生存时间都一样。任医学如何发展，真性癌都是不可能靠人力治好的。“癌症消失了”“奇迹般生还”之类的动人故事大多与假性癌有关。假性癌就跟脸上的痘痘一样，不用管它，自然会消失，可医生却通过媒体大肆宣扬“我们把癌症治好了”。

6.就算医生确定你得了癌症，要是你感觉不到痛苦，那还是静观其变比较好。如果你实在想治疗，那就请好好调查一下，看看医生的诊断是否正确。

7.手术成功了≠癌症治好了。就算手术做得非常完美，无懈可击，货真价实的固体癌也一定会复发。

8.越是“先进”的疗法，越要小心。很多技术明明还处于试验阶段，可一冠上“先进”二字，患者就会被牵着鼻子走。总之，请大家对带有“先进”二字的疗法多加小心。

9.检查的做法是从360°全方位发射X光，拍摄出人体的横截面。1次CT检查的放射线剂量相当于普通X光片的200～300倍！1次CT检查的辐射剂量足以诱发癌症。

10.强化免疫力无益于癌症的预防和治疗，甚至可以说是完全无效的。为什么呢？因为免疫细胞的职责是攻打外来异物，但癌细胞是人体本身的细胞变异而成的，人类的免疫系统不会将癌细胞视作敌人。癌之所以能长到直径1厘米，之所以会被查出来，都是因为NK免疫细胞没有把癌细胞当成敌人，这就是免疫系统无法杀灭癌细胞的铁证。

我们应该怎么做？

一、通过科学吃素、喝酵素让体液变成弱碱性，饿死癌细胞；

二、让情绪变得乐观开朗，多笑；

三、学习王凤仪性命哲学思想，忏悔曾经的想不开，打开心结。

其余：

忘记癌症，别做手术，也别做放疗，更不要做化疗。等身体开始难受了，再想办法缓解疼痛即可。如此一来，才能在最轻松舒适的状态下延长生命。如果医生没有明说，那就不要去问，因为谁都不知道你到底能活多久。

无论患者得的是癌症还是其他疾病，都需要由医生去完成治疗行为。但患者没有必要把决定治疗方针的大权交给医生，医生也没有资格对患者指手画脚。

我们可以学习那些不断滚动的石头。滚动着的石头是不会长苔藓的。

只要多活动身躯，多转动大脑，人体就不会生锈。

只要让感情变得更丰富，每天都有喜怒哀乐，我们的“五感”（视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、触觉）就不会变迟钝。

远离让你不愉快的事情，珍惜活着的喜悦。

恰如其分地活动手脚，动嘴皮子，转动大脑，保持感情与感官的灵活。

经常走路，血液就会在全身运转，不会滞留在下半身，血压就会比较稳定。

哈哈大笑，有助于运动表情肌与横膈膜，呼吸会变得更深，血液循环也会变好，连身体都会暖和起来。

多吃美味佳肴，多做自己喜欢的事情，就能让心情变得愉悦，让身体分泌更多的血清素、多巴胺、内啡肽，提升意欲与情绪，如此一来，人生就会变得更快乐。

经验告诉我，只要心情愉快，就会忘记小小的不适，癌症也不会大爆发了。

present 2015, after computers introduced in 1995, there are fast growing numbers of buddies lost their job

we all have mobile devices and internet and few spare minutes every now and then between appointment...in fact most of us are very bored at most times

i appreciate forum that provides a solution and knowledge bank and interactions for unknowns
