input output health and body weight 040716
health is about input and output
if you want to keep the same weight and health, keep your input and output the same
if you want to increase weight, increase input and keep your output the same or keep input the same and decrease output
if you want to decrease weight, increase output and keep input the same or keep output the same and decrease input
climate and location and culture is a key variable
at different location there is different cultures different climates and input differently
input means food and drink
output means movement
it is ok that we do not do exercise because you walk around the house between rooms is exercise
why plantation patients do not gain weight, why they sleep on bed for 20 years do not move a bit with no movement and don’t get fat-because they input a little and the output is their body heat and breath
this shows that exercise is not needed
why exercise, because the gym and the coach need to pay for their family dinner
i do not agree on exercise as it cause sports injury, many olympic sportsman become drug addict or turn sloppy after retire just like soldiers because they over stretch or over stimulate causing a rebounce clock strike
walking in your own pace is the best exericse
if you want to decrease weight, you can either increase your output or decrease your input
the last thing you want to do exercise in empty belly and have a feast right after
why many people go to the gym and gained fat or gained injury
if you are in a poor health then you need to learn on healthy input and output
the index is rest well
we need to know basics on inputs
drink only warm or cool water or mild tea without milk
do not take cold or hot drink, do not take milk tea nor coffee nor any soft drinks nor any stimulant
eat steamed or lightly cooked food and vegetables, do not eat fried food
take fresh fruits
some location does need spicy but some locations cannot take spicy, if you take on wrong place, you will get headache
rest from 10:30pm but people do have their own body clock at ease, do not force yourself to rest-rest naturally.
