we need unique food rest release combinations

food is stimulation intake
rest is settle calm peace
release is stimulation output to balance stimulation intake

we need unique rest times and rest periods under unique rest conditions

rest is the key part for settle

if we have insomnia means we try to rest at wrong times
most ones rest from night till morning but this is not the case
the world has plenty insomnia and plenty works over the night

insomnia is a community
a tip share by a fellow doctor
if we fail to rest in bed means we have 25% energy left in our battery bar

staying in bed with that 25% energy gets us lurking between 20-30% energy cycle failed to rest

we need to get up, get a fresh lemon, cut a corner of lemon, put it in a cup, top few spoons of sugar, top some hot water and top some cool water to make a warm sweet fresh lemon drink

we then go to our computer to create articles for our blog to release our gut feelings
