mindfulness is simple breathing exercise that help us to
focus on present moment and focus on energy flowww in and out of our body to
occupy our unsettled mind to gift us peace and balance all round through 3
minute breathing exercise per set
mindfulness is good for pain relief, release stress, settle
and rest minds and body
it is best to kindly spare yourself 3 minutes daily and
practice a set of mindfulness or practice it whenever you feel panic anxious or
depress
