Food rest release is three process of life
To keep fit, we have to balance food rest release
Tradition training and over exercise will use up our quota
Each of us is like a car, if you want it to last, use it but
not under or over
under it rust, over it burns, balance it keeps

both cool and warm rest will burn our fat slowly
and during rest, we don’t feel hungry
